This is because each SYNC 3 upgrade kit is pre-programmed specifically for your Lincoln vehicle. Orders that do not have the form filled out will be canceled, and orders will also be canceled if it is determined upon checking the form that you do not have OEM SYNC 2 (out kit will work only if you are upgrading from SYNC 2, not earlier versions of SYNC).
