Shipping

 1. General Information

We usually ship items within 5 business days after cleared payment. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order then it will take 10 business days to process the order. 

2. Delivery Location

We ship items from USA or Hong Kong locations depending on stock, but regardless where we send item drom delivery time is almost same since we use expedited shipping even if ship from outside of USA.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free express shipping for all orders.

Customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country depending on the contents and destination country of your shipment. If there is a duty, it is the customer's responsibility to pay

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
